i was wondering if hydralic brakes could be converted to a blaster or if they made an after market kit for that purpose?

 

They do make an aftermarket kit. I put one on my blaster before I sold it last weekend. I bought an Enginetics brake kit. Go to this website or do a search for it. I had to make my own brackets but it saved me $200 over buying the whole kit from Trenga Racing. There's also the Kasea 150,it uses a Blaster frame,but has a hydro disc on the rear, it will bolt right on.If you can find a Kasea dealer,the price might be better than aftermarket,I have never checked,so I can't help you there. There are also kits to adapt Banshee spindles and brakes onto the front,as stated in the previous post,Trenga is one that offers the front kit.
