lol... weight is a relative unit... the zilla by today's standards is extremely light compared to the DS650 and the other big thumpers... But compare that 392 pounds to the weight of the old "big three" 250s...

 

I have owned a cr500 powered 250r the power was awesome but it was a maintenece nightmare because the engine has no counter balancer it would vibrate like crazy broken motor mounts were very common it had also put a hair line crack in the frame at some time. My only advice to you is have some extra gussets welded into the frame to take the stress of the vibration and some extra strength motor mounts with good urethane bushings will aso help.
