need help on my .080 blaster
#1
hey guys y recently bought a 1990 yamaha blaster for 900 i blew the motor messing around in a river and the motor sucked in some warter.... so i sent out my motor to a builder he installed a wiseco crank wiseco connecting rod and a .080 wiseco piston with a heavy duty cylinder sleve.... i bought the toomey full exhaust with the jet kit and the high flow filter and fmf torque reeds.. the quad still has oil injection i am woundering if my motor is going to lean out because of this.... any inputs would be awsome

I melted the piston in my Polaris two-stroke due to too many aftermarket parts and too big of a jet in the carb trying to use the oil injection. Your best bet is to take the injection off and premix.

You can't go wrong with 93 Octane as long as your head wasn't shaved. I am not sure where the cheapest place to get the block off kit. PM ToomeyBlasterRyder. He seems knowledgeable with the blasters.
