If you go back through and look it up (I can't remember for sure) either EPI, Highlifter, or Polaris' website they are actually a little different in size. I think the stock belt is 41" x 1 5/32" and the rzr belt is 40 7/8" x either 1 3/16" or 1 1/4". It's an 1/8" shorter and either 1/32" or 3/32" wider. It does hold better than my stock belt, but again it was completely worn out. If you're worried about rotational mass call RR and he's got a few ways to help you out in that department

that I'm not sure of. I've never owned a service manual for mine and wouldn't even know where to begin on what polaris set as their limitations. Maybe OPT might know but if not it could be a great time to get a manual for your atv for this kinda stuff.

Truly a good idea, I'm almost sure they recomend a change after some fraction of a inch measurement.
