Any stand type press will do. Just lightly start the seal in with your hands, use a flat piece of steel over the seal as you pump the press down until the seal seats, doesn't take much pressure, but will not damage the seal! I've had a bunch brought in for me to replace after customers destroyed the first one by trying to hammer in! We kept plenty of the hub seals in stock! OPT

The seals are ready to be pressed in. I should have the hubs ready to be installed tomorrow. I don't have a manual for this machine. Should I put about 12 ft lbs on the hub nut, and work my way up until it engages properly?

Torque this style nut down to 15 foot pounds first and see if there is any slack or wobble on the hub,if so then just torque down to 20 foot pounds while you are slowly spinning the hub and then check that hub rolls properly and no slack! You may or may not have to go a little more on torque! What the manual calls for is a "rolling torque" on the nut as you turn the hub which for me usually ended up at 20 pounds when reusing the existing flex nuts. OPT

Thanks OPT. Upon reassembly, should I use any lithium grease, or only use polaris demand drive plus? I heard heavy grease can mess with the magnetic pull.

NO GREASE! (except around the lips of the seals ) Use only Demand Drive hub fluid! OPT
