2000 Polaris Expedition 4wd problems

Welcome to the forum! First off change the fluid in the hubs and see if it helps. Best to use Polaris Demand Drive Fluid! Jack the machine up and see if both front wheels turn in awd position. If only one does, you can check under the front panel to make sure the connector to the hub hasn't come loose ( two connectors with grey and brown wires leading to each hub) If there is 12 volts going to the hub that doesn't work(grey wire is hot wire, brown is ground) then you may have to pull the hub apart and check the armature plate, hilliard assembly, bearings and strut coil. A lot of times this happens is when hubs are run dry or strut or hub seals are leaking. OPT
