Default 1999 Polaris Scrambler 500 spark plug

Hey I have a 1999 Polaris Scrambler 500 HO and it needs a new spark plug. I had a NGK BKR5E in it. On some other website it said to run a NGK BKR6E-11. Is there a big difference between these plugs? Witch is the proper plug for my four wheeler?

Also does anyone have a shop repair manual for a 1999 Polaris Scrambler 500 HO. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could send one to my email.

Thanks!!

Use the standard BKR5E OR BKR6E. The -11 is the width the gap should be (.044) according to the NGK breakdown which is too wide. The standard plug should be close to .028-.030 out of the box. Calls for .028 gap on the plug on 99 models and later. OPT
