Flashing wrench is just an indicator showing it's time for a service(oil change,etc) If you've done it you can just reset the wrench or turn it off completely. If you're showing 14 volts either just the contactor or the winch itself may be the problem. Just test the winch with jumper cables to eliminate it as the source of the problem,not the contactor. OPT
