Hi everyone, im a newbie to the forum with a question about my carb. After finaly replacing my fuel pump and cleaning the carb i filled my tank up an let it sit over night. When i woke up in the morning there was gas all over my garage. So i then pulled air box cover off to find it filled with gas, i also realized the machine was hydro locked with gas, so my auestion is, what did this an how can i fix it? Any advice would be great thanks!!

Thanks for the quick feed back! I think i will get a carb kit, i was also just thinking i may have put the fuel hoses on the fuel pump on wrong, could i be pumping fuel directly into the cylnder instead of using it as a vacuum hose?

The lower tube on the fuel pump is the vacuum line going to the right side of the carb(as you're sitting on the atv) The upper line on the fuel pump comes from the center of the fuel valve, the one below is is the line with the filter leading to the carb. Don't just clean carbs as suggested ! If you going to the trouble of taking it off,at least replace the needle and seat and o-ring.better yet with a carb kit. This may help a little on fuel line orientation.
