Here is the history of this one.
Engine was replaced a month ago (not by me). Came back today would not start. Found that the front fuel tank line came off and the front tank was empty. Switched it to rear tank, after a few cranks it started. Now heres the problem. I tool out the air filter and it was soaked with fuel and oil. I left the filter out and cover off, started it up, at idle it is fine, rev it up for about 5 sec and i get a fuel/oil mixture gushing out if the breather line going to the valve cover. I have never seen this before. Is it possible the person who put the engine in did not do something right?
After reading online, looks like i may have a carb problem, because i have Fuel in my oil also.

First thing I'd do is to change the oil and filter before it can do engine damage. Sounds like the crank case is overfull(gas contaminated oil) if it's shooting out the valve cover/hose,etc. Then you probably need to adress any carb problems such as sticking needle and seat that may have flooded the engine.
