Hello all been awhile since ive been chicken pecking the key board! Some of you may recall an issue id had and now have still. GRRRRR! Started out with fuel bars blinking like I was about outta fuel but still had 3/4 tank, the whole pod flashes as well as the speedo needle. Ive taken the fuel pump out twice and looked it over and ohmed it out, and I pulled the sensor off at r front wheel and clean it up but get the same results. Im now getting frustrated for lack of a better term. I don't want to by a new fuel tank for that ridiculous price so ask you all here whats my next move?? Machine runs fine it just bugs me when equipment isn't up to par, not one to create rainyday list of **** to do at least not with my toys and equipment I wanna know when I go to use it there shouldn't be any surprises when I load it up to pick deer or go cut wood or plow the driveway. Any and all feedback will be greatly appreciated!! Help me OPT!

 

If the fuel pump sender is still working ok,the ohms change as the float is lifted,the problem could be a saturated float staying at the bottom of the pump. Some have posted about using this float and solving the problem. FUEL GAUGE FLOAT D-SERIES & 200 - 220
