I am having trouble getting Polaris to send my dealer the seat upgrade kit they have. Any suggestions? I try calling Polaris and they tell me to contact my dealer and deal through them. It has been over a month now and still nothing.

The dealer should know if the update kit is on back order or not,plus should have a reasonable idea when a back order should be released and should be able to tell you.Yes you need to work through the dealer on this,not Polaris. I've found out through the years by different customers that some dealers are very helpful and considerate and care about customers, others aren't. Just ask the dealer/parts manager straight up as to the status of the kit.
