so im going to to putting another flywheel on tomorrow but my local hardware store doesnt carrying the right size "jam nut"...will a regular nut(just a tad wider than the "jam nut") work? is there a reason the jam nut is skinnier? is the thicker nut going to hit the recoil somehow?

 

Should be ok.. If not you'll be hearing a grinding noise right off..

so here she is..and fyi, the thicker flywheel nut i used totaled my recoil but i dont use it anyway ...it could work if the nut is ground down just a tad ...for the things u cant understand me saying lol i was a few beers in..primed the fuel pump and theres no leaks just old coolant on the frame

 

Just sober up,put the plastic on and go ride..
