No spark with key

No change with the black wire disconnected. Spark with pull rope but not e start. Couldn't get readings on the exciter coil meter was dead. Wires appear to be red and red/black.

Should be a red wire with a black stripe and a solid green. Should show around 446 ohms resistance between them if the stator is ok.
