Usually goes though the small#3 panel,across the front and wraps behind the left side panel down to the carb or throttle body. Just make sure the cable doesn't bind or pinch when turning fully right or idle speed increases while in neutral. Make sure the etc switch is adjusted to where you have no more than 1/8" free play at the thumb lever.
