Oh also, 1 quart of AGL is enough for the trans/rear diff correct?

50/50 is what I use here. Should be fine. We've had them in mountains in elk camp and cold temps, no issues.

Front fender will make it over the stock bars, it's a very tight fit but can be done. You'll have to get creative but it can be done.

Memory says 1 is plenty but will try to verify tomorrow.

Book states 32 oz. Verify it though to be safe.

No painting advise, not something I do. And if I do paint, it usually needs repainted!!!! Any more questions on your rig and I'll try to help, but painting and me usually argue!!😀😀 and I lose!

I've never taken the front cab off but I think you have to turn it sideways to get it over the handlebars, one end at a time. Good luck. If you paint your plastic use plastic paint and scuff the plastic so it will stick. Proper preparation pays plenty. I'll let people who've actually done it tell you. I've seen something about it the general forum, but if you can't find it there you can ask again.
