Default 2002 Sportsman 700 Oil in Coolant

Hey guys. I just finished adding a temp gauge to my Sportsman and it looks good (pictures to follow). Once I finished I had to top up the coolant with what drained from the block when I pulled out the sensor. After letting it run for a while (few cycles of the thermostat) I noticed small oil bubbles rushing to the top of the coolant filler neck. I need to note that I had the oil/water pump seals replaced two weeks ago at the dealer as it seemed that I needed a special Polaris tool to pull the seals without damaging the shaft. The new temperature gauge indicates an operating temperature of about 180, never higher than 185. The fan kicks on around 175-180. I thought at first it might be the head gasket, but my oil is not foamy and no white smoke. The reservoir overflow is clean. I let the machine cool off for a while and I wiped the oil residue out of the neck, let it run for another 10 minutes revving it every so often and did not notice the oil like I did before. Is it possible that I have leftover oil residue in the lines from the dealer changing the seals as I doubt they flushed anything before reassembling? I'm going to flush it a couple times tonight with clean water to see if that makes a difference. Just looking for some thoughts or what other things I should look for. There is nothing seeping out of the water pump weep hole either since they replaced the seals.

So just to provide an update, make sure whenever the oil seal is replaced, the cooling system is flushed before it is refilled. I called my dealer yesterday and they told me it was possible they had left some oil residue behind. I dumped the coolant last night, pulled the rad hoses, engine hoses, overflow and just flushed everywhere with a hose until everything ran clear. Refilled the system with new coolant, idled the machine for about a half hour revving every so often, got all the air bubbles out, let it sit for an hour or so, topped it up again and ran it for about 15 minutes and not a trace of oil.
