Problem just started a couple weeks ago, about 50% of the time when I start the machine, it will idle ever so slightly rough but nothing real noticeable, but then will not rev when the gas pedal is pushed and then the idle gets rougher and almost dies. Then if let off, it will go back to an almost normal idle.

If I turn it off, then turn it back on, it runs normally.

Doesnt matter if the engine is hot or cold.

Any ideas? Is this a TBAP problem?
