I was on a forum in a different website and they suggested talking to OPT at Atvconnection.com under the Polaris section. My 2004 Polaris 90 cranks fine using the starter button but no spark (plug pulled and grounded to chassis shows no spark) Kick start works just fine (strong consistent spark when kick starting) but it's getting cold outside so the kids have a harder time with kick-starting. The left brake has to be pulled to be able to engage the starter. When the left brake is pulled the tail light lights up so that small safety switch seems to be working. I do notice if I release the brake really fast while holding the yellow start button I get a short spark and if the machine is warmed up I can usually get it to fire up with the electric start button. Any suggestions on what my problem might be? Thank you much!
