425 xpedition very hard to start

Default 425 xpedition very hard to start
I have a 2000 425 polaris expedition that i have replaced the carb, fuel pump, fuel shut-off and fuel lines on. This atv is still very hard to start, it's like you have to prime the carb every time you start it. What have i missed?
