When I worked at a dealer we would sometimes use Marine audio components to mount decks. Like boxes, etc. I have also seen Agricultural decks/components used on cabless tractors used on Rangers. These components sometimes are water/weather proof and better suited to the elements. They really have to be capable of withstanding dusty conditions. I'm sure their are similar products specifically made for UTVs out there.
Alot of people around here put a top on them and mount the system under the roof.

I have a Lock-n-ride cab on mine, I went to a farm tractor dealer and purchased a stereo/speaker system that bolts to the top of the cab. It works very well and only cost about $150, the company I purchased it from also sells the unit without the radio so you can put your own in. If you are interested send me a message and I will try to find the company again.
