Default I broke down and bought one

Well...I broke down and bought one. A week ago I had no interest in them, but I made the mistake of stopping in to the dealer to get a spark plug for my 400ex and saw it sitting on the showroom floor. I came back the next afternoon (Thursday) with my girlfriend to check it out, and the salesman told me just to sit in it...and then go home and watch some of the videos on Youtube. Well, I did just that...and I was back yesterday afternoon to pick it up..lol.

Here it is:

2008 Polaris RZR, 25" ITP TerraCross tires on 14" ITP SS112 wheels:

I love it so far, pretty damn quick for being almost 1000lbs. It will smoke my wolverine 450, and keeps right up with my buddies grizz 700. I cant wait to get it out on the sand this spring.

Just thought I would share,

Kyle

Congrats the more you drive it the more you will like it. Remove your clutch spacer & get your ECU reprogramed & see if your buddies 700 grizz can keep up with you.. lol.

1st thing to do on it is check the airbox and make sure the air filter is clamped good and tight onto the engine intake tube. Some owners have reported it being loose from the factory. You don't want air sucked past the filter.

A good source of info is www.prcforum.com

thanks for the tip heftylefty, I will definitely check that out.

I had to put an exhaust tip on it last week because the fumes in the cab were horrible with the full windshield. I just bought a 2" diameter 8" turndown tip, and cut 4" off of it so it didn't look so stupid...so now it comes out about 2" and then turns down at about a 30* angle, so total it sticks out 4" or so, it seems to help quite a bit. I also ordered 2 billet aluminum rear view mirrors off of ebay that bolt to the cage, those will be nice to have.

I wish they made some half doors like the rhino has, I don't like the nets. I also want to get the pre-runner bar with some lights on it, but I may wait a while for that.
