Default 05 ranger 700 shifter stuck when running

I asked the dealer what was wrong here and he told me it could be the secondary clutch. He then told me to remove the belt and start it up and try to move the shifter, guess what it shifts fine. So he tells me to bring him the secondary clutch and he says it is fine. Then he told me to check the motor mounts guess what they are good too. So what is binding up the shifter when the engine is running? Any of you rangers have an answer to this? The machine also creeps foreward when it is running? could it be the belt? I am getting annoyed need answers would be highly appreciated thanks,

from the creeping and hard shifting I say the clutches aren't aligned properly causing the belt to engage even at idle speed

I had that trouble, the idle was too fast, the dealer had to replace something so it would idle down. Rod
