Brake Pads Rubbing on Hubs. Both sides.HELP

Here you can see the bottom part of the brake pad on the front are rubbing the hub. WHY and HELP!!

are these orginal or replacements, and are they oem or aftermarket? seems like something is let go or the pads too wide??
