I got mine for 5299 plus tax. It's been a great machine. No problems after 6 months and 400 miles. Very solid.

I had paid just a lil over 5500 an saleman threw in a free helmet.I kinda regret not trying to get him down more on the price. I dont think they really give these things away for a whole lot less an plus all that freigt an prep stuff s just hogwash add to price of the bke.I guess if ya wanna lay ya gotta pay.I was curious if thats what these things generally go for?

I paid 4500.00 otd for my NEW 2001 400 scram in 2002. Had some left over from 01. I register mine as farm use and pay no sales tax.

I payed $4235 for mine two weeks ago OTD. Since I bought it out of state, I also didn't have to pay any taxes on it. This price was $400 cheaper then I could find it anywhere else.

I paid $4650 otd back in April.
