I've seen lots of speculation as to whether the 700's CDI box retards the ignition timing more than the 600's and this and that, but I would like to know if anybody has actually tried running a Sportsman 600 CDI box on a 700 and if it made any difference. I see that the part numbers are actually different for the two ATV's, so I wonder if there really is an advantage to the 600's timing curve, and if so, why isn't everybody running them?
