so should i find someone else with Oxlite CV Guards for my rancher?????

 

I have been dealing with them for over 2 years now. I have never had a major problem. I so have the luxury of being able to walk right in. Yesterday I did have to take back one of my front mohawks that I just bought. It would not hold air. They fixed the problem with out ever complaining. I did tell Jeremy and Shawn about what I have read here and they are very concerned about this. They are going to read this post and check with the people that say they are dissatisfied. Hopefully this is the case. Let us know if this is what happens.

 

The better business bureau usually won't help. They are paid for by it's members...the businesses themselves. The only time they will go after a company, is if they are not a paying member, or the business has lost a law suit, or a ton of complaints have been lodged. Basically, if they are a paying member, the BBB tends to be quiet about them.

 

Like I mentioned in my previous post. I ordered my 27" 589's Monday, they got here yesterday (Friday). No problems, no hassles, delivered before they were promised. Getting them mounted today.

 

if you are talking about rocky mountain atv in utah they are the best place to buy things when you go in there they always help me they are nice they never give me the wrong stuff the only problem they told me that it would be a day or to before the renthal sprockets came in but it inded up being a couple of weeks if you go in there store they always have verry good discounts on there stuff like they had nerf bars for a lt 250 for 60 bucks and they have ac racing bumpers for 30 for like 250x mojave's warriors all sorts of lt stuff
so don't dis rocky mountain they are realy good they will always beat any bodys price they charge way way less than my cloest yamaha dealer

 

Sorry you have had such a bad time with RMATV I have order from them several times and have been more than happy with there service. and their prices are by far the best you will find in mail order. I would give them another chance but thats just me

Rocky Mountain ATV has not responded to anything!!! I realize that there is good within the company and alot of people do not have problems, BUT (KEYWORD) If something with your order goes wrong, they will f$%& you as quick as they can! They do not care about you the consumer all they care about is how much it will cost them since they fu@&#$ up!!!! My personal opinion is this, STAY THE HE11 away from them!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN TIME!!

I sold my other tires that Rocky Mountain sent me and ordered new ones from [b]MotoWorld[b] and they were at my house in three days!!! NONE OF THIS TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM THEN 5-7 DAYS SHIPPING time like RMATV always says!!!!

I wish I would have read this sooner - I just got ripped off by Rocky Mountain last week. I ordered a chain, extra link, and a can of Slime. They told me it would take 6-8 business days. I needed it in 4, they said I could go with the 3 day air but they would have to ship the Slime separatly. I said great, they said the total is $64.00. When I receieve the package their was no slime on the invoice and the total price included $18.00 for shipping. I couldn't believe it. The US Postal service ships anywhere in the country in 3 days for $3.25. I called them and they said they cancelled the Slime because it couldn't be shipped UPS. They said sorry for the misunderstanding but there was nothing they could do. I would have ordered from Dennis Kirk from the beginning, but they wereout of stock on the chain I needed. Dennis Kirk can never seem to keep things in stock. Between Snowmobiles and ATV's I spend about $1,000 a year on parts/accesories - I wish there was a place that had resonable shipping, prices, and stock on the net.

I also had a go with r.m.a.t.v. , 1st.I ordered some holeshots on alum. rims and a sprocket, well they packaged the sprocket with the wheels needless to say the rims got trashed,called them and fight with them to return(there employees would never package rims like that!!!)so then i got another package at my door..great my new and hopefully undamaged wheels and tires....NOPE! they sent me new rims but no tires this time. Well by this time the race i needed them for was over so i called them and told them that i just wanted to return everything.they tried to charge me some B.S. restocking fee and wanted me to pay return shiping.... B.S. I gave them two choices #1 take back there stuff or #2 Ill just keep the crap and get graphics made for my quad saying rocky mtn. atv s*cks and would talk crap to every one at the track that I could, well they took it back payed the shiping didnt charge me a restock but please understand this took like a hour of fighting.. too bad because there prices are good but i just dont trust them for easy ordering..
