Ripper, We build our bikes to run with the fastest in the country, When your running bikes on alcohol, nitrous, and turbo's, you have to be prepared. Modquad, we don't need 15 to 1 compression to make power.

 

Now if you would've been around here for a while, you'd known the 15.5:1 is on a 400 not the Predator. You don't run the higher compression, because you're grenading the lower compression motor's headgaskets now. Quality takes time.

Funny my high compression engine is doing fine. Cometic gasket did a fine job. Give up Modquad, Superbike uses cometic gaskets and wiseco pistons for there kit. Just like the other kits will use when they come out. Copy the leader.

yea it was popping, but must have been a freak thing because this weekend I got it out and it rips. And before you jump to conclusions on my abilities, did it ever occur to you that some people may know the answer to the question they ask but want opinions of others because you may find out something you didn't know before, kind of how this thread started. A wise man is not considered wise because of what he knows. He's considered wised because he understands what he doesn't know.

 

I know your abilities by the mods you are using, a wise man would find out more about who he listens to. Your little clamp on filter was tested by Edelbrock, it lost HP/Torque in the low and mid range over stock with drop in K&N with slip on., it did make 3HP on the top end. Keep in mind the Airforce system made 10 HP/Torque in the low and mid range and 3Hp on the top end over stock with slip on. Once again Superbike's info on what was the best Airbox mod was correct. The jealous few on here are trying to discredit a company with NO FACTS to back there accusations with. Every time someone else dyno test mods on the Predator the Superbike info is proved to be accurate. So your 170 main/50 pilot and ru-1770 mod kit is not even close to the Airforce system.
