does a predator have more torque than a 400ex. Is it easy to get the front end up.

 

My grandmothers wheelchair has more torque than the 400ex

 

It's really no contest. The EX is a great base for mods, and there's a great established aftermarket out there, but the Predator is next generation technology. If you're in the market to buy a new machine, the bang for the buck of the Predator is hard to beat. .190 Douglas aluminum rims, stainless braided brake lines, chromoly rear axle, composite rear skid-plate.

I have a modded 400ex also, it dangerous compared to my Predator. Everytime I drive it or let someone else I'm always worried someone or me will be hurt badly. The Predator is just a way better handling quad.

My ex is neck and neck with my Predator in a drag race on ashpalt but the ex has ton's more torque and will wheelie over backwards in 2 seconds with opening of the throttle.

The predator has a little more torque but you cannot get the front end up very easy. The ex ten times the wheelie machine as the predator. The predator has anti-squat suspension which makes it hard to wheelie on purpose to help out with take offs or holeshots.
