It wouldn't have to be at an all ready existing organized drag facility. A previously mentioned magazine all ready owns a dyno. I assume they own a radar gun. If they don't, a previously mentioned hop up shop certainly owns one. The only questions left are who's willing to show up, and does the magazine have the ***** to do such a thing? Otherwise, this is just pointless bit*hing and crying......

 

Actually the mag doesn't own the dyno, things are being negotiated to see what happens....and it might not be mag oriented. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I've got the radar covered. If nothing else, the folks have a bit over a thousand acres by Roseau...that should be enough. hehe

 

Roseau, are you intentionally picking a spot so out of the way that nobody can get to it.

We were actually speaking to the magazine about the dyno last winter. At that time, they were looking for a place to move it to. Glenn was interested in a dyno article on some flat track quads.

Seeing a true shootout, shop against shop, is the answer here. There's been grudges held on the Polaris stuff long before most of us ever owned a Polaris. Way before the Predator was ever thought about. Now that the PVT tranny is out of the picture, true dyno results can be nailed to the wall.

Let's see this happen! Back up the smack that's being tossed around............

I just want to see a shootout to settle this hop up shop grudge. I'd love to see HPD step off in that a$$ with some killler power. Otherwise, there's no possible benefit in it for me. I'd be willing to help with whatever set up work that's needed. I'll wash your quad before and after the shootout just to see this go down! Again, seeing this happen is the only benefit for me.

Afterall, there's only one person in here that has the contacts to make this happen......
