you can get on the BRF trail at the Best Western Motel in BRF beside I-94, The motel has a big orange moose out front of it. Trails are sandy with bumps but still good, but i prefer to go to Hatfield just northeast of BRF in Clark Co. much nicer trails. GOOD LUCK!

Just like ORR said, head up I-94 and get off on exit 115 take a right on 54 then turn into the Best Western parking lot and unload and hit the trails. You will be able to access all of the trails in Jackson County from there. If you down 54 about 5 miles you can take a left and head into Hatfield. If you unload in Hatfield you can access some of Northern Jackson county's trails as well as the Clark county trail system.
I am in Merrillan, just north of Black River and northwest of Hatfield and have a blast riding up here. As a matter of fact I was just out tonight and there was no one out so I didn't have to worry about battling the "traffic" on the weekends. The trails are in great shape with a few mud holes here and there because of the rain we had last night.
