Is there anyway to get the starter off without removing the PVT cover and clutch. I cant seem to get the bolt off all the way in the back of the motor where the braket is. Anyone have a service manual, what are the steps??

I am not sure if the TB is exactly like the Scrambler 400 or not, but to get to mine it is very easy to tilt it back and rest it on the grab bar. Remove the skid plate and there it is, very easy to access this way.
