im looking to get the factory polaris service manual for my 02 scrambler 400,anyone know the price?i cant seem to find them on the polaris website,if someone has seen them on the site can ya post a link please?thanks!!

 

Paid $35.95 each for my 2001 Scrambler and 2000 Boss factory service manuals. Local dealer had them in stock. Not the best manuals I have used, but it does an OK job. It DOES have all the torque values, which was one of the main things I needed. Hope this helped!

 

isnt the factory service manual the best one to get?thats what the polaris mechanics use.whats the name brand on the one you have?

 

Go to Polarisindustries.com... then select Pure Polaris on line store... then manuals... then lowest right box. I do not know how to send a link. $49.99 sounds like too much, check your dealer! Hope this helped some more

 

Yes it is for the dealership mechanics, They assume some knowledge that I do not have. The first part of the book states that it is a reference for a certified Polaris tech. Overall very good, a little short on the location of a few items, but overall very good

 

Here is a direct link to the 2002 service manuals. They 400 scrambler is $49.99. $10 more than the 500 scrambler.!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Thats interesting. The polaris manuals are the best ones to get. But, it can get confusing.
