no its not bubbas fault i took it to a place in my area got done today and just took it for a ride. the thing is out of this world. i hit the gas when i was half throttle and the front end started to pull up, not like way up in the air but u could feel it getting light. o im so happy right now but let me tell you need to have a lot of dedication and not loose your temper too easy when compressing the rings to put the cylinder back on.

 

lose ur temper compressing rings?? try buying a piston ring compressor... they are not that expensive.. and prevent u from screwin up ur rings... also.. try the rings in the cylinder before u put it on the piston.. because i learned the hard way.. i was at work and i didnt check the rings in the cylinder and i compressed the rings and got made because they wouldnt go in.. i tapped the piston with a hammer with the compressor on... and the ring broke.. so take er easy... l8r

 

no i got them on and everything and it runs great one the streat i just gotta test it in the woods tommorow. tell you how it goes.

(((( for 160 bucks you can bore your machine over at aaen performance. send your head in and the will port and polish it and give you a .020 piston. ))))

but mines 2 stroke i have to get my cyclider ported and my head shaved will it cost the same amout???
and how much top speed will i gain??

 

alrite send it to bubba297 but first talk to him i got a good deal from him. it will cost you anywhere from 20-40 to get the head milled .020 . you should be making hp with a pipe, porting, and head milled around 36-38hp from the 22hp stock. i wouldnt get it bored its just not worth the gains you get out of it. but then you want a clutch kit and carb theres another 2-4hp, but when you do that your gonna need a filtercharger which u mite gain 1hp maybe not even. then get into boring it out and lightening the flywheel.

 

also have you ever been to traxx motorsports track or majestic trails???

im gong to look into this soon. and no i havent i just started riding 2 years ago and im hooked i usully just ride around my area we have some awsome places to ride. and theres alot of ppl that rides around here and alot come up from outa state.. have u or any of u ever rode in the hungition / bedord area of PA???

 

no but i really wanna go to those places i mentioned and was just wondering if you knew about them. but definetly talk to bubba he knows what he is doing when it comes to engines.

 

when i get this done, can i still use polaris blue oil and 89 gas or do i half to get higher

 

no u will need 93 or 94 gas and i use the gold synthetic but i have used it ever since i bought the quad so i think it would be alright.
