Default wiring question

That could be on the newer ones but on my old ones there is a hi beem in the hood and my low beam is in the grill.

i see what ur say'n i was thinkin about at the switch but i guess the light is grounded at point of attachment isn't it. would have to see any wiring personally to diagnose i'm electrical engineer and its hard to remotly trouble shot an electrical problem

You stick around these forums long and you will learn that you need more info on most things these newbies are asking.That is why on my first post I told him to get a manual.Any Polaris owner without on is going to be lost.Even with the help you get here.

I have PDF files of the complete wiring diagram from an 03 Scrambler Manual....along with a headlight switch PDF file....
