I find it quite humorous that all of the polaris owners are just clinging to ground clearance, that's all you got now. Can't whine about cc's, awd and other attributes of the sp that you all think are so invaluable. I must ask who has really driven the bomb? I don't know if the bomb is for real or not but I have checked them out in the dealerships and must say the build quality is one hell of alot better then Polaris. People whining about the pod on the Polaris are right on, at about 100 miles mine broke apart. The thing is cheaper than a $5 dollar kids toy.

Since I own an sp500 and a few of my riding partners have them also I feel a little more comfortable telling everyone that they just don't hold up, period! Go on feel threatened, cause the sp500 will be de-throned sometime very soon.

It's always good to make atving mad, he gets real creative.I think what atvings problem is,is that he likes to impose his will on people and he can only do that by standing behind a badge and gun.You get atving on a forum,where he can't stand behind that gun and badge.Then you find out just what kind of wimp atving is. With atving using the word ******,I'm beginning to think maybe atving regrets being a member of the village people.

 

Sledder what a way to chicken out,you are always saying what a piece of s#@$ POLARIS is I was just giving you the chance to back up what you say.I would think you'd more than welcome the chance to make my 500SP look bad.Talk is cheap,as in the old saying "put up or shut up"anyone can say those things on here I'm giving you or anyone the chance to back-up what they have to say.I can't think of more challengeing place than MOAB.The reference to the FOREMAN was that we had rode with him and I did again this last weekend.He is one hell of arider andd that FOREMAN is one hell of a machine.We had to winch him out of the GOLDEN CRACK thanks to limited slip,but we never went any where that he didn't.I have no problem useing my winch when the situation calls for it thats why I have it.I'd ride with any one or any brand any time and have great time,just because someone likes some thing different than what I ride don't make mine better than thiers or thiers better than mine.Each and every quad has good and bad points,each will have some place they will out shine the other.CM

The funny thing about your little go around with Sledder is that he is funny (at least most of the time), and you always look like a jerk - and most everyone here feels the same way.

As respects my Polaris, if I want to sell it I will, I have told you before that I would take a financial bath on it now if I move it - too bad it doesn't have better resale like a Honda. Sorry I'm tarnishing Polaris's stellar reputation by continuing to slam them every once and awhile.

Do us all a favor concentrate more on your security guard job and spend less time here!

This is pure BS.
You cannot tell me you can see a build quality difference! Now if a Polaris had welds on the frame broken and the engine was mounted sideways and the seat was on backwards then I will concede that one to you but on the whole unless you are a trained inspector and you know what "Build Quality" actually means you are just talking out your ***.
I am a NDT inspector for commercial aircraft. I use X-Ray and High & Low Freq eddy currents to find build and service defects. If you could see them with your eyes you would not need 500K in equipment and years of training to find them.
Now quit talking crap and state some facts.
If you do not like your Sp for whatever reason then fine,Dont ride it and dont bother us with your whining. I am sure you will like your Rancher much better.
