Default race clutch for the 400 scram

I was wondering what all you 400 hpd race kit guys are running and how is the proformance.
I have a blue hpd primary with 10-56 weights and a Team IND EBS roller clutch for the driven 2nd. IT all is ok but the proformace seems low.I don't seem to get the RPM's to get over 7000 and the top end speed is only about 75 mpr.
Also I have heard that you can over gear the clutch by putting on to big of a front sprocket and to small of a rear > is this True!! I have a 15 tooth front and a 34 tooth rear.
WHAT DO ALL YOU GUYS HAVE AND HOW FAST IS IT!!!!!
HELP !!! I FEEL THE NEED FOR SPEED!!!!!!

I run the violet primary with 10-56 weights for maximum acceleration. It depends what distance I'm running for what gearing I'm running, for 300ft sand drags I run no bigger than a 13 front and 34 rear. What size tires are you running/

what helix you're running?
stay with the 34 rear sprocket,it is pretty good dialed-in that way,i tried the 30 teeth rear sprocket and it doesn't work good.
best gearing seem 14-34,depending on what helix you got,you can drop the weights to 55 g and you'll see the rpm up a little bit,you only need to rev the engine to 7300-7350 rpm with race mods to get peak hp anyway...
i run the comet primary, and i didn't need such a stiff spring to start with cauze it is quicker out of the hole.

SO you guys think i should run a violet primary,13/34 gearing and 10-56 weights.
I run maxxix razar2 fronts 23/7/10.
sometimes I run 22/12/10 or a 20/11/10 razars

The helix I'm not sure how The Team rollar clutch is rated
but here is how it is ; its a EBS(engine, braking, system) clutch 70 60 10 with a black red spring.

My current set up is That Team roller driven .the primary has a 147/285 light blue spring from hpd (7041080)I believe that is the same as a blue gold polaris. It uses 10-56 weights.Last is the gearing that is a 15 front 34 rear.

I think if you slap the violet in you will notice a huge difference. What type of riding do you do and on what type of surface is it?

Here in New Jersey the trails are both hard and soft sand. most of the time it is very soft sand with alot of woops but,at times I will get on the fire roads and they are kinda hard and flat sand. Over all I would say that it is soft and sandy.
IS THAT Violet spring The HPD one or the polaris snow primary.

Mine is the hpd one. I know with my violet primary and 13/34 it will run over 70. The lower the gearing the harder it's going to accelerate. So if your not worried about top end I'd gear back down. Especially if your running the 22in rear. If you run the 20in most of the time I would run the 14 front with the violet. The violet was worth about .3 in 300ft which is alot and I'm still tinkering with it. Engages about 4300-4500 and shifts around 7300. I'm messing with my secondary trying to bring the shiftout up to 7500.
