Default Anyone ever put this one of these on a Scrammy?

i found out tonight that,the guy who owned that ex before my buddy removed the spark aresstor from the silencer and said it made it alot louder..i never heard it before it was removed so i dont know how loud it was then,the friend that owns it now wants a new pipe because its way to loud..
