Got a common problem with bottom end throttle. The bike sputters and spits at low speeds. How can this be fixed. Sometimes,(most of the time) I like to putt around in the woods. After owning Honda's all my life, this is an annoying problem. The dealer has tried to fix it twice and told me it is because of a vacuum issue with the carb. Whatever, I need a cure. Help!
