Sp600 versus Grizz Drag
#11
I never tried Aean's kit, My main goal was to get better low end engagement. I tried the Heelclicker, and after playing around with diffrent weight and spring configurations I ended up with their recomended setup( polaris blue/green primary, heelclicker secondary spring, 52g weights w/1.2g set screw in the shoulder) the only diffrence is I had to use the stock plastic nut on the spider to keep the rpm's up thru the midrange.
Now that I've got it set up right, I'm actually pretty happy with it. I rarely use low, even thu mudholes, the only time I need to shift into low is steep hillclimbing, or crawling over logs.
The heavier weights really grab the belt at low rpms so I get very little slip, I wish I knew somone with a griz I'd like to put my 600 against them, here's a trick for the folks who do, put in 4wd with no wheel slip it should fly off the line.
