shutdown in reverse

shutdown in reverse
Can anyone tell me why my 95 400 sportsman is shutting down every time I try to put it into reverse.
Runs great in forward motion but will not go into reverse.

shutdown in reverse
Your reverse override is bad either replace it or follw the black wire to the wire block and unplug it.This will do away with the override except for when you want 4x4 in reverse.
