Just trying to get my feet wet in the ATV market....I am thinking of buying a 1995 Magnum 425, not sure of the miles and need advice! What to look out for and how much to pay. New tires, 4x4 switch and odo (hence the mileage mystery) new left hub, piston kit and ~$500 other work. Starts and runs seemingly ok.

Welcome to the neighborhood and I've come to find out that this is the place for answers.....for pretty much ANYTHING [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

Anybody else? The seller is asking $2500, which is the high end of retail, but without knowing the mileage I am concerned.

Is this a good machine in general, decent service life, regged etc.?
