help with hpd stearing damper

Default help with hpd stearing damper

i just got my damper and i cant figure out how to install it,a pic would be nice..where does the frame bracket bolt to?i was thinking it went through where the strut is bolted to,but it just didnt seem to fit..any help would be great..thanks

bolts to left side of frame that the fan mounts to.

i just went and looked at it again,but im still unsure..must i take the platic off to install it?

Default help with hpd stearing damper

i cant figure it out.the directions say to slide the clamp end through the upper large hole in the frame,what upper hole?is it the one kinda where the strut is connected to?i slide it through there and it just doesnt seem to fit,none of the bolt holes line up,and it seems way to close to the strut spring..if you happen to have a pic or could take one id greatly appreciate it..thanks
