I know that Hotseat Performance is the only company that makes
nerf bars for trailblazer/scramblers. What I need to know is are
their nerf bars really as ugly as they are pictured in their web site?
Does anybody out there actually have a set from Hotseat installed?
For you guys who have used something else, what are the other
brands and how easy are they to modify to fit on a scrambler or
trailblazer? I'm pretty good at modifing stuff as long as I don't
have to weld anything.

Im pretty sure that Bubba and Modquad used the DG alloy nerfs for the banshee and Raptor. They looked pretty good

 

yeah raptor nerfs will fit with a little work and they look great

 

Most nerf bar companies usually at least require you to drill your holes so you can customize to your machine. In my opinion, I wouled say DG has the ugliest nerfs I've seen with that "boxy" look. But to each his own!!

 

Yea, I think the AC Raptor bars are a bit flatter, and wider than the Shee bars....hence a better fit and look.

 

So you guys are saying that I can order AC rapter or banshee nerf
bars and with minimum mods to them that I can make them fit?
Does anyone have pictures with a set installed?

 

birddog5150 has some pics of some raptor nerfs installed... not sure of the brand though.

Those nerf bars look really nice!!! The new AC pro nerf bars already
have the heel guards. Good choice!!
