I finally got it back after a month. Well bubba you were right. The counter balance was shot. The mechanic took the quick fix the last time and just replaced the seals when the whole counter balance should have been replaced. That's why the seals went so fast the second time. I tried to start it to load it in my truck at the dealer and the battery was dead. I would have thought they would have charged it but maybe I want to much. I got it home and looked it over and found one of the front motor mount bolts missing. I HAVE to find a new mechanic. Next closes one is 35 miles away and they are funny about working on quads they didn't sell. I love this bike but it's hard to keep a postitive attitude about something that's keeps giving you problems.

Man..... sorry to hear about that. Buy yourself the nice big OEM Polaris hard binder service manual. The machines are not any harder to work on than a bicycle in my opinion. It takes more time than smarts. A lot of the guys here do their own work. Trust me, if you do your own oil changes, spark plugs and what nots on your vehicles, then you can do it. A little common sense goes a long way. You also ALWAYS have my help and advice if you need and want it. Bubba

Hey bubba, where can I get one of those hard binder service manuals? Every time I take mine to the shop, I end up having to take it back because they screwed something else up. I've been to 4 different dealers to have work done and it's happened at every place, so I'm going to just start doing all the work myself. Thanks in advance!
