Well, we purchased a new 03 Predator from Motorsport Warehouse in Poway CA, basically San Diego back in December '02.

(It's only been ridden about 3x)

We also purchased the extended warranty plan through their company and not Polaris' because we got the extended coverage, bla bla bla...

Anyhow, I've come to find out that the company doesn't "exist" anymore?? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

I'm not sure who is honoring their warranty claims though?? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

Does anyone know or how I might find out??

Alba motorsports bought out there entire inventory. I'd call them or email.

The web page is albaaction.com. They just got a new location in Poway. Huge place with lots of inventory. I just wish they knew where everything was. It takes forever to get in & out of there.

 

Dude, thanks for the info!! I'm very familar with those folks. I've bought a few bikes from them back in the past. They've grown considerably. Anyhow, it sounds like it's going to work out. The only thing they don't do is honor "Polaris" warranties. They will honor most of the extended warranty programs that are in San Diego. I'm going to have my Dad call Alan back in Service to verify that they will in fact ocover it....since he has the document in hand. But it does sound like it's going to work out!! Oh, Alan did mention he thought the dealership moved to Tucson (where I am, dad in San Diego), and it might be under a new dealership name.
