Has anyone used the 700 speed kit from hotseat? It includes pipe, clutch spring, helix, jets and a K&N filter.

 

NO BUT HOW MUCH DID U PAY FOR IT

 

Havent bought one yet. wondering if it is worth the 650-700 $$$.

 

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]BEWARE..I GOT THE 700 SPEED KIT FOR MY 700...First the header broke costing me a weekend of riding...Sent back to Hot Seat and on the very next ride it broke again..(lost another weekend of riding)called Hot Seat and got NO response ...Friend welded a stainless bracket on it and has not broke since..Silencer came apart next..sent back to Hot Seat and it was fixed...next big ride it busted completely ..Called Hot Seat and they sent new silencer...very next ride the intake end pulled out of silencer..called hot seat and told there was no warrenty..I AM NOW RUNNING A STOCK MUFFLER THAT HAS BEEN GUTTED....Seems to run just as good and has not broken like the hot seat junk!!!!!Your choice but I feel I wasted 650.00 dollars...

thats odd that the pipe and header just... fell apart.

 

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]Does not seem to odd...when it keeps happening..the first time hot seat said they were aware of the problem(bracket breaking off header)after reparing it broke again on next ride..They replaced first silencer after reparing it once and the next ride the housing busted...the new one came apart after one ride....was told no waarrenty on second one...My atv is only trail riden..17 months old and looks brand new..also as I told Hot Seat how do you abuse a exhaust system...NOTHING ELSE ON MY ATV HAS BEEN REPLACED..Stock silencer has not been a problem!!!!
