Metal? Yeah, there was always metal in the oil and I always used the clutch.

It's at the dealership for sale, I'm going back to my Honda reliablity.

I had enough with ball joints, and a-arm bushings etc....

Sold the modded 400ex today, so that was kinda sad but I bought a new house has a 2 car garage with a pit and paved driveway guess it has 3 bedrooms and a bunch of other rooms to but what a sweet garage. lol

New Honda next May for me.

Raptorrider- LOL

I am amazed at people for buying polaris to start with. If it is in the shop all the time you are missing out on riding. I do not care how good the warranty is, they just are not durable as a whole. Every brand has problems but polaris is at the top of the list. It is a shame since they are a american company.

thats just it 14 mins ive only owned polaris and I have never had a problem with any of them except a belt on my explorer due to my fault this pred I am so pissed when you pay a good buck and take care of your machines and they break due to a defect then as an american company they should stand behind there product and there customers..................

Hey, I talked to my friend and he told me that if you aren't having any luck with the pred, that your dealer is probably the problem. He says you should get in touch with Polaris and odds are they haven't received any info or paperwork for your bike. The guy I go thru is a dealer and when he had the one pred, he had no problems getting the stuff he needed from polaris, it was just the bike itself was too big of a pain in the a** for him to bother with any more of them. You may try another dealer, also.

The only problem I've had with my Predator is the ignition and the slight front brake drag. I think I have one of the better dealers though, I called him up, told him about the ignition. He said to bring the bike in and he would get it ordered and fixed. I told him I was going riding - "Ignition will be in the mail to you" - But instead I got a phone call to pick up the part if I wanted to put it in myself. Like someone said eariler - you might be having a problem going through your dealer. Try to get on the horn with Polaris. Good luck bro!
