The 500 Polaris heads have ports that are to large to begin with , they would benefit by filling them in and recontouring them .

The valve lift is very limited in these motors unless you modify valve guides and rockers , it ends up being so costly to do one correctly .

I like the old time advertising *all goods worth the price charged* .

 

so basically it would be a waste to have it done?
