Hi all, anyone out there know of a manufacturer of a twist throttle for a 2002 scrambler 500 4x4. if there is more than one, who's is the best. Thanks for your help.

I had one on my 99 TB 250 but after 1 riding season I decided to
remove it. I ride street and dirt dikes so I thought it would be
okay but I THINK since a quad is alot heavier than a dirt bike it
made it a little harder to manage. It just did not feel right to me!
So I changed to a thumb throttle from HPD. I love it!!!!!!!

 

I second Talon's thoughts. With the herkin' and jerkin' on a quad, the twist can actually be dangerous. That billet thumb unit from HPD is smooth. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

dont get a twist throttle, i had ne on my blaster and it was awful
